SIEMENS 7SR23 REYROLLE  HIGH IMPEDANCE BUS BARPROTECTION RELAY

The 7SR23 DAD is a numeric high impedance circulatingcurrent relay has four current inputs, it is used as a unit protection todetect phase and earth faults.The relay can be applied to bus bars,connections, transformers, reactors, and motors.The relay is used in highimpedance applications in conjunction with external stabilizing resistors andnon-linear resistors (Metrosils). Standardized external components can beprovided in an Epsilon case to facilitate design and installation.The integralCT supervision feature detects open circuits in the CT secondary wiringcircuits, a consideration where CT circuits are switched.Relays are housed inE6 or E8 cases. Integrated logic is provided to allow the optimal configurationof relay input and output functionality. Protection, instrumentation andmetering functionality is accessible via data comms channels. A front fasciaUSB port for local connection and RS485 rear port for remote connection areprovided as standard, additional rear ports are available as options.
