66100 PORTABLE GAS ANALYSER

The Rapidox SF66100 Portable is designed for controlling and monitoring the quality of SF6in MV & HV gas insulated electrical equipment. Exceptional accuracy and stability are provided when measuring the purity of SF6gas, through specially selected sensors. A gas output nozzle allows for the analyser to be attached to theRapidox Gas Recovery Bag, ensuring that all sampled SF6gas is recovered.

Internal SF6gas pressure is recorded and logged by the analyser. All measured gases are analysed and data-logged simultaneously with only a few minutes required to achieve a stable reading. In order to accelerate the time taken in-between dew point readings, a unique Rapidri system is fitted to analysers measuring H2O. When not in use the sensor can be isolated via the Run Storage valve.

Other measurable gases include H2O (dew point), SO2, HF, O2& CF4. Due to the instruments modular design, a number of configurations are available in order to suit a variety ofapplicationrequirements.

RAPIDOX SF66100 ACCESSORIES

A range of accessories is available for the Rapidox SF66100 gas analysers. These include special tongue and groove self sealing couplings (compatible with famous brands) as well as a range of stainless steel braided sampling hoses for use with SF6gas-insulated equipment.

The Rapidox SF66100 Bench analyser is also available as a complete and portable kit that allows users to carry all of their required equipment within a heavy-duty IP66 case. Each kit contains a set of fittings with a stainless steel braided hose, a handle fitted to the analyser and a separate thermal printer.

Regular calibration significantly increases the measurement reliability and repeatability of gas analysis equipment. Cambridge Sensotec is able to offer a full calibration service at its factory via state-of-the-art automated calibration stations, designed to calibrate Rapidox gas analysers accurately and efficiently.
